Uzair is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jonathan Tam is the Senior Research Director of Account-Based Marketing Strategies at SiriusDecisions. In his experience, he's built a Marketing Center of Excellence for executing business unit marketing plans; introduced personas and buyer's journey analyses; implemented the Demand Waterfall, hired and grew a lead development team; and launched new digital programs that led to triple-digit improvements in traffic, lead generation and awareness. Jon holds a BA in computer science and a management certificate in information systems from the University of Rochester.
